Christmas Magic

Med Christmas Magic

Wouldn’t it be wonderful if every person on the planet got the one thing they wished for most under the Christmas tree? Unfortunately this is far removed from the truth. This year will be one of the hardest for many families as they struggle to keep afloat this holiday season.

For many, myself included, the coming of the holidays is bitter sweet. This is when we feel the absence of loved ones passed before us. My Mother passed away on Boxing Day last year, so it will be especially hard for me. Like many with children, we must put on a brave front and try and make the holidays as festive as we can.

I invite you to let Christmas Magic take you away from all the stresses the season might bring you. At @2.99, it makes the perfect gift for each one of your cyber friends. After all, everyone can use a little Christmas Magic, right?

In Christmas Magic, a tragic fire puts a major damper on Laura Payne's holiday spirit. She'd just as well skip Christmas all together. A series of circumstances brings self-imposed bachelor, Justin Carron to care for his sixteen year old niece, Richelle, whom he's never laid eyes on.

A winter storm, and an unexpected turn of the wheel, on their way home from the airport, changes all three of their lives forever. Each one is faced with their own mortality, the prospect of becoming a family, and the kindness of strangers.

Mr. C. is a kind old man, who lives alone, and tends to a stable of deer. There is something different about the jolly old man with a white beard and suspenders. After a series of unexplained incidents, he shows them that all things are possible, if they'd just let go of the past, and believe in the magic of Christmas.

This is my first holiday themed story. I hope everyone turns the last page with a sense of hope for better days ahead, and maybe, just maybe...a little Christmas Magic.

Available NOW - December 3rd at Red Rose Publishing.

This sounds like a very good read. I also love the cover, it is a little different from most Christmas book covers.

It is hard to loose loved ones, and for sure close to holidays!! I lost my mother on Dec. 21st a few years ago. It was a very hard time, and it still is the closer it gets to Christmas.

I always like to read a couple of Christmas stories to get into the mood. This sounds like a great story, Adelle.

A suggestion - maybe you can start a new tradition, something that you haven't tried or done before as a family. If it becomes a tradition, it will be a wonderful way of remembering your mother, too.

A very touching post, Adelle. I wish you all the best this Christmas and will be thinking of you and wishing you and yours well.

Your Christmas Magic sounds a wonderful, tender read. I wish you lots of sales with it.

I think Shelley's suggestion is lovely.

Shelley and Judy - my good wishes to you, too.

Thanks ladies.
I love your suggestion Shelley as both my parents are gone now and losing my Mom on Boxing Day last year, I'll definitely have to think of new tradition to remember them by. ((warm hugs))
Good luck to you all in the draws.

Hi Adelle. This Christmas will be similar for my family, but I'm working on the positive as much as I can and remembering all the good Christmases from the past. It won't be totally easy! But I just think that Mum and Dad would be smiling watching their grandkids and being glad that we're together safe and well. I hope Christmas is as good as it can possibly be for you and yours. Your story sounds lovely. all the best, and hugs,
Jane x

Thanks Jane. Nice to see you!

No problem Kaye. I've only been there a short while. Both of my releases have just come out. Triad of Hope a couple of weeks ago and now Christmas Magic.

Good luck in the draw, ladies.
